That’s what I would do.
1 stereo bus, two stereo auxes receiving. both with this plug and set to M or S solo.

On the MS plug-in, does it have a way to split the mid and the side to separate tracks, so you can compress/EQ the middle differently than the sides? That would be freaking awesome.
